I was interviewing a programmer, I mean Software Engineer, the other day. We were talking about the Scrum Process. She asked me if Scrum was the process you used with Object Oriented Programming. Those of you who know what Scrum and OOP are may snicker, as I did. Those of you who do not know OOP, go ask Google. Those of you who do not know Scrum, stay tuned. Everybody and their mom has a blog. I have a live journal page where I mostly complain about politics. If I comment on politics on this blog at all, it will be done in a non-partisan way. I think both the staunchest of liberals and conservatives can agree on good communication skills, and engineering practices.
I’m a certified ScrumMaster. I went through some super rad training, and now I have certificate on my cubical wall. And that is where the adventure begins. They told us in ScrumMaster School, the rules of Scrum are easy to learn, but can be hard to live by. I’m going to end this thought here, before I tie it off into a neat little introductory post.
